Americans have strange traditions and New Yorkers are no exception! On Sunday, Oct. 31, more than 500 costumed dogs and a few thousand dogless gawkers will parade to celebrate Hallowe'en. It will be the 10th annual HAUTE DOG HOWL'OWEEN PARADE. Haute Dogs is expected to again donate thousands of dollars to animal welfare programs from money raised.
